I am terminating Shield Mutual’s services to Adam Kokesh due to non-payment, unremedied damages and lack of transparency in AVTM legal defense fundraising.
When Washington, D.C. judge Frederick Sullivan said that our customer Adam Kokesh was “a very dangerous man” late last month, we sprang into action once again in Adam’s defense. In order to destroy a good person, you must first destroy that person’s reputation. That’s what this judge was attempting to do: paint Adam as a […]
As regular readers of the Shield Mutual blog know, Adam Kokesh is a customer of ours. We acted in his defense upon his instructions after his 18 May 2013 arrest, very briefly after his 8 June 2013 arrest and again recently after his 9 July 2013 arrest. Adam Kokesh is a valued customer of Shield Mutual. Here is a whole rundown of the legal defense fund we created, promoted and administered for Adam. Money is a sensitive topic and Shield Mutual is committed to operating with transparency and integrity.
When a fellow Shield Mutual member is attacked, we must all hang together in support of this person’s freedom and sovereignty. Adam Kokesh was arrested at his home at 7:45PM Eastern Tue 09 Jul 2013 by US Park Police (Homeland Security) and Herndon, Virgina police. These thugs deployed a battering ram against Adam’s front door and a flashbang (stun grenade) to his foyer. A light armored vehicle and two low-flying helicopters barricaded the street. More than 20 SWAT goons surrounded the house as well as other associated thugs. They trained rifles on Adam and his business team as they were being handcuffed. They ransacked Adam’s home.
Shield Mutual and customer Adam Kokesh issued the following email to the 146 individuals who donated to Adam’s legal defense fund when he was arrested last month. Because the state dropped the felony charges against Adam that prompted the creation of the legal fund, Adam and Shield Mutual are offering to either refund donors’ contributions or enable them to apply them to holding legally accountable the individuals who attacked Adam on 18 May 2013 in Philadelphia.
We’re initiating a new addition to our procedures. We’re adding after-action reports. Here is the after-action report for Adam Kokesh’s 18 May 2013 arrest.
